About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People Engagement to join our team at StackAdapt. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for driving a communications and engagement strategy that maintains and improves team member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and engagement strategy to enhance team member experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and People, to plan and execute company-wide communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as an advisor to the People leadership team, providing guidance on key messages and strategic approaches to internal communications.
  • Own the internal people editorial calendar and serve as the chief storyteller, crafting compelling narratives for our company newsletter, manager communication, executive videos, and other communications channels.
  • Organize and operate a culture champions program to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee the Engagement Survey Cycle process, ensuring employee feedback is heard, actioned on, and communicated back to the company.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop change management communications that drive clarity and empathy.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in successful global People Engagement/Experience programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors.
  • Experience building and maintaining people programs, with a focus on employee experience and engagement.
  • Excellent narration and writing skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and build global but locally relevant solutions.
  • Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
