Our JourneyWe are currently on a modernization journey in HR, and the People Services function is a key building block. We have already established our People Services in pilot regions Poland and Mexico, and now we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Head of People Services to lead and establish our People Services function in India.
Key Responsibilities- Understand and share insights on the unique HR service needs of the region, collaborating closely with process owners in our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or service teams.
- Ensure the seamless implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices.
- Establish our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to global standards.
- Lead, develop, and coach team members regularly to foster growth and expertise.
- Take ownership of designated service processes, fostering integration and consistency in service processes across the region.
- Monitor and control processes through robust KPI tracking, collaborating closely with other regional HR leaders and business stakeholders as needed.
- Proven experience in HR Services delivery or related roles, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence in a multinational environment.
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from Business Partners to C-level executives on local, regional, and global process matters based on latest research and industry best practices.
- Strong data analysis, ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Business fluent in English.
