Agricultural Equipment Parts Sales and Service Representative

Heavy Equipment Outside Parts & Service Advisor Position
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Outside Parts & Service Advisor for our Agriculture Division.
This outside sales position is responsible for promoting and selling Agricultural parts and service, as well as providing after-sales support to existing and new customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Keeping customers current on new products and services, including regular scheduled calls to current and prospective customers.
- Sales Growth: Increasing parts and service sales by implementing yearly territory plans and working cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand the customer base.
- Territory Coverage: Planning, developing, and communicating territory coverage to maximize sales potential.
- Record Management: Maintaining records of customer and fleet accounts.
- Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment parts, operations, and industry.
- Decision Making: Strong decision-making skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively.
- Customer Relationships: Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
