Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for leading a team of representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of representatives to identify clients' financial needs and promote our products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage complaints and ensure their resolution improves client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement business development plans.
- Ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- College diploma and four to six years of experience, depending on position level OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and one to six years of experience, depending on position level.
- Experience in personnel management and coaching.
- Experience in business development and customer service.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
