Restaurant Manager Job Description

Shree jee indian restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with a proven track record of success in boosting profits and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop budgets to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to maintain profitability
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure optimal performance
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Requirements:
  • College education or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
