Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at Fitzrovia, a leading vertically integrated development and asset manager in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives and support the growth and success of our organization
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent in the industry
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR practices and develop recommendations for process enhancements
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute HR-centric content for LinkedIn and social media platforms

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management capacity, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, with expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other HR software systems is considered an asset
