About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Clinical Services to join our team at Child Development Institute. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs and services that align with our mission and values
  • Drive service excellence by supporting clinical operations, managing client concerns, and fostering a professional and ethical environment
  • Collaborate with Clinical Managers to support clinical service coordination and effective operations
  • Develop and refine clinical practices, policies, and procedures while monitoring service delivery volumes against agency standards
  • Lead risk management efforts to ensure safe and effective service delivery
  • Oversee the team, providing feedback, goal setting, and performance development in keeping with agency policy and service standards
  • Execute administration, assuming a lead role on management-level projects and approving expenditures within procedural requirements
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical field, such as a Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in the child and youth mental health sector, with at least 5 years in management
  • Registration and good standing with the applicable regulating college
  • Strong clinical expertise and strategic operational leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and grow a team, fostering a collaborative and engaging environment
  • Experience leading change management and exercising good judgment in making decisions within the scope of authority
