We are a leading provider of mental health services, seeking an experienced Executive Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Job Summary

The Executive Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our clinical strategies, managing our clinical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the mental health industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies and policies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Manage and oversee the performance of clinical teams, including psychologists, therapists, and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, business)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the mental health industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing clinical strategies and improving patient outcomes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
