**Job Summary**

Mobius Psychological Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director to start as soon as possible. We are a psychotherapy clinic that provides in person and virtual mental health services by leveraging technology to connect patients with therapists who can provide treatment for an array of mental illnesses and challenging life moments.

This is a full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week with an annual salary of $96,000. Our office is located at 161 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4P 1J5. On site presence at our office is required. The language of work for this position is English.

The main responsibilities for this position include:

- Directing and managing the clinic’s day-to-day operations and services;
- Establishing and controlling prices, policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic;
- Overseeing and directing business development efforts;
- Evaluating, recruiting, hiring, training and supervising staff;
- Onboarding new administrative staff and therapists and introducing them to the company’s procedures and platforms;
- Evaluating the company’s overall financial situation and clinical performance;
- Providing supervision, mentorship and guidance to the clinic’s psychotherapists;
- Providing counselling and psychotherapy services to clients;
- Overseeing the client experience and ensuring the quality of services;
- Evaluating and managing the website and online therapy platform;
- Researching new developments in mental health issues and innovative therapies and treatment options;
- Overseeing professional development education initiatives for all staff;
Developing the Mobius Academy to provide education to mental health professionals

You must have the following qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology;
- Licensed as a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, fully authorized for independent practice and qualified to do supervision of other psychotherapists;
- Experience managing the daily operations of a psychotherapy practice.
- Extensive experience providing psychotherapy using the various therapy modalities that is offered by Mobius including its pioneering services in the field of psychedelic therapy and harm reduction;
- Experience evaluating business and professional performance of a psychotherapy practice and establishing paths for growth and improvement;
- Experience leading business development initiatives for a psychotherapy practice;
- Experience working in multicultural, D&I environments.
