Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator role at Secure Energy is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our sales operations. As a key member of our Corporate and Field Sales teams, you will provide administrative support throughout the sales cycle and help facilitate sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales team schedules, manage important documents, and communicate relevant information to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Plan and organize industry events, including trade shows, workshops, and summits, to showcase SECURE's expertise and build relationships with customers.
  • Compose and distribute customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of sales-related material, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in assembling responses to RFPs, reviewing and renewing contracts, and other written sales submissions.
  • Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize sales performance.
  • Conduct market, geographic, and competitor analysis for existing service lines to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure leads and other inquiries received through SECURE's general email are properly distributed to the sales rep or business unit.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and integrity.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of administration and support experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally as a sales coordinator or in other administrative roles.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience with a Sales-based CRM is an asset.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong discretion, ethics, and confidentiality to handle sensitive corporate and personal information and matters.
  • Able to exercise good judgment, show initiative, and be proactive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A positive, self-motivated, and energetic team player attitude, with a willingness to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • An understanding of promotional strategies and tactics to drive business growth and customer engagement.
