Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Authorize payments and manage cash transactions to ensure that our financial systems are secure and accurate.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the products our customers need.
- Establish work schedules and manage the workflow to ensure that our team is productive and efficient.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that they are working together effectively.
- Manage cash and ensure that our financial systems are secure and accurate.
- Conduct performance reviews to help our team members improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 30 hours per week.
