Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

LILY'S LOUNGE SPA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments and manage cash transactions to ensure that our financial systems are secure and accurate.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the products our customers need.
  • Establish work schedules and manage the workflow to ensure that our team is productive and efficient.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team to ensure that they are working together effectively.
  • Manage cash and ensure that our financial systems are secure and accurate.
  • Conduct performance reviews to help our team members improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
