At Recruit Action, we are seeking a talented Professional Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity for growth and career advancement in the insurance industry.

As a Professional Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in understanding customer insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include quoting and selling Home and Auto insurance policies, assisting new customers with their insurance needs, and servicing existing customers by updating their policies to meet changing requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills. Additionally, you should have a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as the ability to learn new software and match products to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual fluent in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages. A college diploma or university degree is an asset, and experience with OTL or RIBO licenses is also beneficial.

We offer a competitive annual salary of $52,000, with potential for increases based on personal and company performance. You will also receive an annual bonus structure of 5-10%, as well as four weeks of vacation and unlimited sick days. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a wellness expense account, and more.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work schedule that includes three in-office days and one Saturday per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, with one Saturday per month from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We cover all exam fees and study materials for the OTL license, and offer excellent opportunities for career development and advancement within the insurance industry.
