We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to work as a Financial Services Call Centre Representative in our client's insurance industry office located in Markham. This is a 6 month assignment that offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid role with a competitive hourly rate of $19.56 and 37.5 hours per week.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading insurance company looking for a skilled Account Analyst - Personal and Commercial Lines Call Centre to support their operations at their Markham location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment, providing excellent customer service and handling various inquiries related to personal and commercial lines insurance policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Handling incoming calls related to personal and commercial lines insurance policies, including new business sales, policy changes, and claims management.
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services, particularly in the personal and commercial lines sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
