Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Eastern Ontario and Quebec. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our network of collision repair centres and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support our network of collision repair centres in Eastern Ontario and Quebec
- Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and revenue
- Provide training and support to centre staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and report on centre performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, centre efficiency, and revenue growth
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Proven track record of improving centre performance and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Bilingual (French/English) required
