About the Role

As a Client Success Specialist at OSG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing them with the resources, guidance, and expertise necessary to assist them with compliance requirements and enhance their workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of OSG's training, consulting, and online services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, removing barriers and troubleshooting to ensure optimal client experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights and recommendations to enhance workplace safety.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Proactively reach out to clients in advance of certificate expiration for renewal.

  • Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive engagement.
  • Empathy and patience, with a compassionate and patient approach to handling client inquiries and concerns, and the ability to de-escalate situations when necessary.
  • Team collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within OSG to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
