Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized guidance and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of OSG's training, consulting, and online services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, removing barriers and troubleshooting to ensure optimal client experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights and recommendations to enhance workplace safety.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
- Proactively reach out to clients in advance of certificate expiration for renewal.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric approach and ability to understand client needs.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Empathy and patience when handling client inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a client success or customer support role is preferred.
At OSG, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage, and other perks. The on-target-earning (OTE) for this position is $46,000, comprised of $40,000 base and $6,000 performance bonus.
