Job Summary:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, including handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and operational performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and computer systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
