The Opportunity


As a key member of our actuarial team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business. We are seeking a seasoned actuary to lead our Par Management team, driving business performance and growth through strategic decision-making and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the development and implementation of Par Management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert actuarial advice to senior management on Par policyholder dividend recommendations, fund guidelines, and related reporting.
  • Manage a team of actuaries, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high-performing team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business financial planning processes and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business improvement.
