Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Leader to drive strategic growth and ensure the continued success of our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all actuarial practices, including pricing, reserving, data management, reporting, and data modeling functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and operational plans that have a substantial impact on both short- and long-term company success.
  • Oversee all company actuarial practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of actuarial models and analytics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding of actuarial principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
