In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls from tenants and clients while directing them to the appropriate staff member

  • Coordinating with third-party vendors, such as maintenance workers on behalf of the company
  • Organizing company records and memos to ensure they can be easily found when required
  • Coordinating replenishment of office supplies

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain company records and file important documents effectively
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with various team members and stakeholders
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and solve administrative problems efficiently
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Basic accounting skills or help with processing payment from tenants, paying bills, and inputting invoices
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a minimum of calendar management experience
