Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Pipeline and Competitive Positioning: Develop and implement cutting-edge research strategies to drive our product pipeline and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
  • Direct Research and Adoption of Technologies: Oversee the adoption of new technologies and research methods to cement our leadership in powder cosmetics, from ingredients to processing methods.
  • Identify and Plan New Innovation Opportunities: Analyze consumer insights and market trends to pinpoint new innovation opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Oversee Concurrent Innovation Projects: Manage concurrent innovation projects from formula design through commercialization, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Build Institutional Knowledge: Mentor scientists and chemists on development best practices, ensuring knowledge sharing and expertise development within the team.
  • Ensure Formula Compliance and Safety: Oversee the development and implementation of formulas that meet quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
