Job Title: Marketing Data Specialist

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the unified profile of customers and prospects in martech platforms and other data management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject-matter-expertise to internal partners in data management and ID stitching capabilities
  • Manage, sync, and enhance customer and prospect profiles in martech platforms and other data management tools
  • Manage end-to-end data ingestion, processing, and activation to enable multi-channel customer experiences
  • Analyze internal data models and structures to support segmentation and ID stitching strategies
  • Manage project execution by liaising between business and technical partners to ensure deliverables are completed, milestones are accomplished, and timelines are achieved
  • Stay up-to-date on changing landscape of 3rd party cookie diminish and increasing privacy regulations, advising internal partners on data and ID capabilities
  • Build strategic relationships with marketing, technology, and digital partners
Requirements:
  • Technical SME with strong business acumen
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject
  • Post-graduate degree or diploma in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence or related subject
  • 5+ years working in technology or data management related field
  • Experience in North America banking industry preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with Martech/Adtech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platforms a plus
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $68,000.00 - $126,000.00
  • Salaried position with potential for performance-based incentives and discretionary bonuses
