Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our commercial banking portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts and product specialists, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit and deposit products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
