Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Job Summary:
The Senior Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients in the commercial banking segment. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit analysts and product specialists, to provide integrated financial solutions to clients.
- Conduct due diligence on client financials to ensure accurate risk assessment and credit decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure Scotiabank remains competitive in the commercial banking market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
This role requires a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
