Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Preferred Accounting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including managing office supplies and equipment
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Interview, hire and provide training for staff, ensuring a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a finance and insurance environment
  • Ability to travel, with willingness to relocate for this position
