At Preferred Accounting Services Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in this field. They will be fluent in English and able to work 30 hours per week.

The Administrative Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. They will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The successful candidate will be able to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures and delegating work to office support staff.
