About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to fill this challenging position. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, coordinating office services, and managing budgets.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee administrative activities, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Manage budgets and maintain inventory controls
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
