Job Summary

Central Protection Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Electronic mail, MS Office, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
  • Bondable and basic security clearance
  • Own transportation

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week
  • English language required
