About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to join our team at T&R Brar farm Ltd. as a key member of our farm operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Farm Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.

Task Organization and Management

Organize and manage tasks to accomplish the work, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Supervision and Oversight

Supervise and oversee the activities of clearing the fields, ensuring compliance with safety and bio-security procedures.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate financial and production records, providing regular updates to management.

Team Leadership

Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, promoting a positive and productive team environment.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, maintaining quality control and production records.

Crop Management

Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, ensuring optimal yields and crop quality.

Supervision and Guidance

Provide guidance and supervision to 3-4 team members, promoting their growth and development.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced farm environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Personal Qualities

Be an organized and team-oriented individual, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Experience and Education

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Language and Work Schedule

Fluency in English, with a 35-hour workweek.
