We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Chans Nursery Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Agricultural Crop Services: Ensure the timely and effective provision of agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Supervise Farm Workers: Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure optimal productivity and quality control.
- Maintain Quality Control and Production Records: Monitor and maintain accurate records of crop production, quality control, and other relevant data to inform decision-making and improve operations.
- Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of farm machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Manage Work Records and Logs: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work activities, including hours worked, tasks completed, and any issues or concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
