We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Mandeep K Sandhar, Ravinder Singh Sandhar. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our livestock production programs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Farm Workers
Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective farm operations.
Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-SecurityEnsure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
Monitor Quality Control and Production RecordsMonitor and maintain quality control and production records to ensure that our farm products meet the highest standards of quality and quantity.
Oversee Livestock Production ProgramsSupervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs to ensure that our livestock are healthy and well-cared for.
Manage Work Records and LogsManage and maintain accurate work records and logs to track farm activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm supervision or a related field is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week is required.
