About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Khun Khun Orchards. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our crop production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Workers: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective crop production.
  • Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure that all farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy working environment.
  • Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain quality control and production records to ensure that our crops meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of farm workers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a farm or agricultural setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to dust, heat, noise, and odours.
