Farm Supervisor Job Description

T&R Brar farm Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Farm Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe management of our crops and farm workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize farm productivity.
  • Organize and supervise the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with farm safety and bio-security procedures to protect our team and the environment.
  • Collaborate with the farm management team to achieve production goals and improve overall farm efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:

The Farm Supervisor will work in a fast-paced farm environment, with regular exposure to the outdoors and varying weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
