Key Responsibilities- Maintain and Improve Farm Infrastructure
Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, and buildings to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Oversee Farm OperationsManage the overall operation of the farm, including the purchase of necessary supplies, livestock, and equipment.
Plan and Execute Crop and Livestock ProductionDetermine the types and quantities of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised, taking into account market trends and production costs.
Manage Financial and Production RecordsAccurately record and analyze financial and production data to inform business decisions and optimize profitability.
Lead and Develop a TeamRecruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Personal QualitiesAttention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, and strong organizational skills are essential.
