Job Summary
Your Tree Doctor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- Office Operations: Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, as well as coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Technology: Proficiently use Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Work Environment
As an Administrative Assistant Coordinator at Your Tree Doctor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
