Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions, and provide menu recommendations to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Table Management: Manage table assignments, seating arrangements, and wait times to ensure efficient service.
  • Communication: Liaise with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
  • Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding with walking and standing required.
