Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Supervisor to join our team at All Canadian building products Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Order and Receive Inventory: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of inventory, and verify accuracy of shipments.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
