Job Summary

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join ALER FOREST PRODUCTS LTD. as a key member of our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 inventory control specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field.
