We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Kiya Global Products Ltd. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from receipt to shipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, production, and distribution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Train and develop inventory control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
