Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Control Supervisor to join our team at All Canadian building products Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
  • Ordering and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt of merchandise, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure timely processing of orders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and personnel performance to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, customer service, and supply chain logistics.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
