Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
- Ordering and Receiving: Coordinate the receipt of merchandise, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure timely processing of orders.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and personnel performance to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to inventory management, customer service, and supply chain logistics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
