About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Kiya Global Products Ltd. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and transportation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff on inventory management procedures and best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a dynamic setting.
