Oracle PPM Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Specialist to join our team at InSync Systems Inc. in Calgary, Alberta.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud PPM solutions to support our client's project management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
  • Implement and configure Oracle PPM modules to meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PPM applications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle PPM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PPM applications.
  • Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and portfolio management.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion PPM Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) a strong plus.
  • Knowledge and hands-on implementation experience designing and implementing scalable, and reliable Oracle Cloud PPM applications and functionalities.
