We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Emerald Associates, a Canadian Oracle Platinum Partner. As a key member of our Implementation Specialist team, you will play a leading role in delivering project success to our worldwide Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement short and long-term project and portfolio solutions using Oracle, Emerald, and third-party software tools.
  • Embrace learning new tools and sharing technology with clients to improve project delivery.
  • Develop solutions proposals for phased implementation and project success.
  • Provide project management, progress reporting, and client relationship building.
  • Train clients on tool adoption and provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • MBA or equivalent technical education.
  • 3+ years of project management, design, or controls-related experience.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Domo, QlikView, Primavera Analytics, and other project management tools.
