Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle PPM Specialist to join our team at InSync Systems Inc. as a 6-month contract position, with possible extensions. The ideal candidate will be legally entitled to work in Canada and have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement Best Practices: Establish and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud PPM solutions to support our client's project management processes.
  2. Configure Oracle PPM Modules: Implement and configure Oracle PPM modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  3. Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PPM applications, ensuring optimal performance and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  4. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, providing expertise in optimizing project portfolio management.
  5. Develop Training Sessions: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle PPM functionalities, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the tools.
  6. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PPM applications, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  7. Perform System Upgrades: Perform system upgrades and ensure compatibility with other enterprise systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  8. Generate Reports and Dashboards: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and portfolio management, enabling data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  1. Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven Experience: Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion PPM Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion PPM modules and functionalities.
  3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. Oracle Cloud Certification: Oracle Cloud certification(s) a strong plus, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing scalable, and reliable Oracle Cloud PPM applications and functionalities.
  2. Knowledge of Scalable Solutions: Knowledge and hands-on implementation experience designing and implementing scalable, and reliable Oracle Cloud PPM applications and functionalities.
