Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Implementation Specialist**: Lead the implementation of the Oracle HCM suite, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Payroll, and Oracle Time and Labor, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
2. **Functional Expertise**: Serve as the functional subject matter expert, overseeing the configuration and design of solutions tailored to meet business needs.
3. **Business Alignment**: Collaborate with end-user groups to align business processes with Oracle functionalities, adopting best practices and staying updated on module enhancements.
4. **Solution Recommendations**: Propose Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities to address new business requirements and improve existing processes.
5. **Change Management**: Develop impact analyses and strategies to manage changes for both large-scale implementations and minor functionality updates.
6. **Collaborative Delivery**: Work alongside developers, testers, and application support analysts to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
7. **Quality Assurance**: Partner with quality assurance analysts to create and execute effective testing strategies.
8. **Post-Implementation Support**: Provide ongoing support and functional expertise to assist operational teams.

Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of Human Capital Management processes.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position.
