**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Specialist to join our team at InSync Systems Inc. as a 6-month contract position, with possible extensions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Cloud PPM solutions to support project management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and implement best practices for Oracle Cloud PPM solutions to optimize project portfolio management.
  • Implement and configure Oracle PPM modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PPM applications, resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring effective use of Oracle PPM tools.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on Oracle PPM functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and portfolio management, enabling data-driven decision making.

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion PPM Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion PPM modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s), with hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, and reliable Oracle Cloud PPM applications and functionalities.
