Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computerized bookkeeping systems and internet.
Work Environment:

The Hotel Receptionist will work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required. Standing for extended periods is necessary, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
