We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Task Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel and change room reservations, and resolve complaints and claims.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
