Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transit Stakeholder Coordinator to join our Transit Group in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of large multi-year transit projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review meeting minutes and stakeholder presentation content to ensure high levels of quality and accuracy.
  • Manage stakeholder meeting processes to ensure timely completion of engagement-related milestones.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meeting comments with the Client's Technical Advisor (TA) and project delivery team.
  • Follow up with clients on submittal reviews, approvals, and action items.
  • Oversee the record of stakeholder Request for Information (RFI) to ensure accuracy and conformance to document control processes.
  • Review stakeholder invoices.
  • Support design review process coordination.
  • Support stakeholder requirements collection, evaluation, and response.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support project deliverables and key activities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management and coordination experience, with knowledge of business process management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Unifier is an asset.
  • Knowledge of transit, transportation, and urban planning.
  • Experience with infrastructure megaprojects.
  • College degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in transit-related projects.
