We are seeking a highly skilled Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at AUM Company Limited. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food services in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cafeteria operations, ensuring that all food safety standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This includes managing staff, preparing menus, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee and coordinate the preparation of meals and snacks in the cafeteria, ensuring high-quality food and excellent customer service;
  • To manage staff, including recruiting, training, and supervising employees to meet business needs;
  • To maintain accurate records, reports, and data related to cafeteria operations, including inventory management, financial transactions, and customer feedback;

A strong understanding of food safety regulations, customer service principles, and time management techniques is essential for this role. You must also have effective communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
